Capgemini Outlines Aggressive 2028 Financial Ambition to Lead the Agentic AI Revolution

During its highly anticipated 2026 Capital Markets Day in Paris, Capgemini presented a comprehensive strategic roadmap designed to capture the immense value of the global transition to "Agentic AI." CEO Aiman Ezzat emphasized that the enterprise landscape has moved decisively past simple generative AI experiments, and businesses now require complete technological resets to support autonomous AI agents operating at scale.
To capitalize on this shift, Capgemini introduced a bold financial ambition for 2028, targeting a revenue compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.5% to 7.5% at constant currency. The firm identified five key AI-driven value pools and noted that 40% of its own internal proposals are already being deployed via agentic AI. By acting as "customer zero," Capgemini is positioning itself as the premier strategic business transformation partner for complex, large-scale AI deployments.
