Terms of Service

1. The Service

SAP Partner News is a B2B media platform operated by Partner News Network that enables SAP ecosystem partners to publish news articles, generate AI video bulletins, and increase their visibility within the SAP partner community. The Service is available at sappartner.news and any associated domains.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your company
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per company. Multiple accounts for the same organisation are not permitted
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration

3. Membership & Payment

• Membership is billed monthly in advance via Stripe
• Founding member pricing is locked for the first 12 months of your subscription
• Prices may change after the founding period with 30 days' notice
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Cancelling your subscription removes access to paid features at the end of the current period

4. Content Guidelines

By submitting content to SAP Partner News, you agree that your content:

• Is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• Relates to the SAP ecosystem, your products, or your services
• Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Does not contain spam, malware, or promotional content unrelated to SAP
• Does not defame, harass, or discriminate against any individual or group
• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or edit any content at our sole discretion. All submissions are subject to editorial review before publication.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all content you submit ("Your Content")
• By submitting, you grant Partner News Network a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to publish, distribute, and display Your Content on the platform and in promotional materials
• The SAP Partner News platform, design, and technology remain the property of Partner News Network
• SAP® is a registered trademark of SAP SE. SAP Partner News is an independent media platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAP SE

6. AI-Generated Content

• Platinum members may use the AI Video Studio to generate video bulletins from their articles
• AI-generated scripts are based on your submitted article content
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content

7. SAP Partner Status

SAP PartnerEdge programme level badges displayed on this platform are self-declared by partners and verified on a best-efforts basis by our team. We do not guarantee the accuracy of SAP certification claims. SAP Partner News is not an official SAP certification authority.

8. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Use the platform to send unsolicited communications
• Impersonate another person, company, or SAP entity
• Circumvent any access controls or membership gates
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partner News Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• You may cancel your membership at any time from your portal account
• We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms
• Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease at the end of the billing period
• Published articles may remain on the platform unless you request their removal

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active members by email of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
