SAP and Palantir Widen Alliance to Speed AI-Led Data Migration, with Accenture Co-Innovating

SAP has deepened its strategic relationship with data analytics firm Palantir, broadening a partnership aimed at simplifying and accelerating enterprise data migrations as customers pursue cloud and AI transformations. The expanded alliance focuses on handling the most complex migration scenarios with greater speed, security and confidence.

Under the arrangement, joint customers can apply Palantir's AIP platform to data migration use cases alongside SAP's own agent-led toolchain. That toolchain includes SAP's business transformation tools plus newer migration and modernization assistants, all designed to ease the path to SAP Cloud ERP. Accenture is participating as a co-innovation partner for shared customers.

The move builds on SAP's wider agentic migration strategy and ties into the company's recently unveiled vision of the Autonomous Enterprise. SAP framed the partnership as a way to combine its enterprise application depth and SAP Business AI capabilities with Palantir's data tooling to reduce friction in large-scale transformations.

SAP leadership positioned trusted partners as essential to delivering that vision, noting that organizations need help transforming core operations and unlocking value from their business data and AI. The three-way involvement of SAP, Palantir and Accenture underscores how migration to SAP Cloud ERP increasingly depends on combined platform and services expertise.
